 Gwent Police are looking for a new member of the team to identify, develop and deliver the required training for staff within the Communications Suite in all three areas of functionality, Call Handling, Crime Recording and Dispatch, assessing competence throughout. Liaising with staff, the Management Team and external stakeholders to create annual training plans, ensuring training delivered is timely, accurate and appropriate, maintaining precise records.
